Love Island’s Martin Akinola says fellow islander Oliva Hawkins liked bringing “attention to herself” while stating that she “loves drama”.
The Casa Amor bombshell was dramatically dumped from the main villa last month after his connection with Tanya Manhenga failed to materialise.
But since leaving the show, Martin had a lot to say about some of his former co-stars and appeared to take aim at dumped islander Olivia Hawkins.

Talking exclusively to Daily Star at the Urban Music Awards, he said: “She’s a good girl but I think she’s a bit misunderstood.
“She likes drama and she likes attention to herself but she goes to extreme levels to get that drama.”
When asked if editing made her appear differently to viewers he added: “That was exactly what she was giving but context. Context matters, they don’t show the full context.
“Like I’ve seen a bit of what was shown, in a way I get it and in a way I don’t get it.
“She does too much but realistically I feel like she has a good heart but I feel like she does too much.”
Talking about the backlash Olivia received after leaving the villa, he said: “No one likes her, my sister doesn’t like her.”
Ring girl Olivia appeared to rub viewers up the wrong way on a number of occasions during her time on the show.
But her insistence on receiving an apology from her former partner Kai Fagan following the dramatic Casa Amor recoupling left a number of viewers fuming.
The issue started when Kai, who was originally with Oliva before Casa, decided to recouple with Sanam Harrinanan and Olivia also chose to be with Maxwell Samuda.
Despite both couples changing partners, Olivia appeared to have a problem with it.
Talking about the disagreement on Love Island’s spin off show After Sun, Olivia admitted to presenter Maya Jama that she was a hypocrite.
She said openly: “Let me just say I’ve watched that clip back and I put my hands up I’m such a hypocrite.
“No honestly, I do, I put my hands up that was hypocritical of me.”
