Love Island result 'sealed' as 'deeply connected' couple set to be 'crowned winners'

A body language expert has predicted that Tanya Manhenga and Shaq Muhammad are set to be “crowned the winners” of Winter Love Island.

The final of the popular ITV2 reality programme takes place on Monday (March 13, 2023), and sees the remaining couples aim to take home the villa crown – and the whopping cash prize.

Winter Love Island 2023 has been full of explosive re-couplings and drama, which has put some of the couple’s relationships to the test – including Tanya and Shaq.

Despite sparks flying between Tanya and Casa Amor bombshell Martin Akinola, the biomedical student later chose to re-couple with Shaq – and a body language expert has predicted that the “deep level of connection” between the couple will seal their place as the winners.

Speaking on behalf of Betfair, body language expert Darren Stanton revealed: “Now that Casey and Rosie have left, the pressure is really on in the lead up to the final.

“I think everyone has lowered their guard in the villa now, as they all know they have pretty much gone the distance and made it through the most difficult obstacles. However, there’s still time for one of them to slip if they haven’t been truly authentic so far.”

He continued to say that despite their relationship being tested by Casa Amor, Tanya and Shaq have overcome their obstacles and could take home the villa crown.

“I am going to stand by the prediction I made several weeks ago that Shaq and Tanya will be crowned the winners,” said Darren.

“This is based on the deep level of connection that exists between the two. They have obviously been through a lot in the villa, where they have been tested on numerous occasions.

“However, their level of rapport, connection and reciprocal liking has definitely allowed them to overcome their issues.”

Despite their deep connection though, Darren has predicted that there could be close competition between them and a few other islanders, with the body language expert concluding: “I also believe Samie and Tom have a strong chance, as they are clearly very much on the same page.

“Of course, it’s ultimately up to the viewing public, however my views have remained pretty constant throughout the series.”

Love Island airs nightly on ITV2 and ITVX at 9pm
