Netflix Girls Incarcerated's Brianna Guerra unrecognisable in glow-up after release

Netflix star Brianna Guerra looks totally unrecognisable these days after her release from Madison Juvenile Correctional Facility – where she was housed for a stint during filming of Girls Incarcerated.

The docuseries followed the lives of the girls and young women behind bars, capturing all the feuds, behavioural struggles and inspirational changes they made over the years.

Sentenced to nine months behind bars for charges including armed robbery, drug violations and aggravated assault, Brianna appeared in series one of the Netflix series.

Now it seems she has managed to turn her life around and remain free of the system – and she looks completely different.

The 23-year-old now sports several tattoos, with one delicate inking positioned just above her right eyebrow and more skimming her collarbone.

Brianna has a collection of blue flowers inked close to her shoulder and sports a glittery nose piercing – with fans praising her “glowing” look.

Celebrating her 23rd birthday last year, the star donned a plunging yellow dress and let her ebony hair cascade in delicate curls down past her shoulders, adding a glitzy gold tiara with the words ‘happy birthday’ spelled out on the piece.

Posting an inspirational message to her fans, Brianna wrote: “Happy bday to me!! Blessed to see 23!

“I’ve [come a long] way, I’ve had a hard life but I thank god for letting me see 23 and giving me my kids who saved my life! Happy bday! I love me.”

A more recent post shared in December 2022 showed Brianna in a tiny pink crop top to show off the row of roses and other flowers trailing in a tattoo sleeve down her right arm.

She slipped into a pair of lace-up trousers and added a pair of giant hoop earrings to her ensemble, simply captioning her snap with a row of floral emojis.

Since leaving juvie, Brianna has welcomed two children – Cartier and Corleon – and started her own YouTube channel.

Her son Corleon was born in February last year, with Brianna sharing regular updates on her baby’s progress along with a slew of adorable snaps.

In an emotional statement, she gushed: “I love my boys… I ain’t the most perfect mother but I’m working on it. Yes I still have my hiccups I’m still learning along the way but I’ll never forsake y’all.

“I’m so blessed to have y’all as my sons!! I’mma raise y’all to be KINGS. Forgive me for not having it all but my love will never run out.

“I love you Cartier and Corleon forever, I got y’all. My lifetime protectors.”
