Real Housewives of New York City star Sonja Morgan had a very awkward romp-related injury while having sex with a trucker named Billy Richard.
The Bravo reality star said that while filming her new reality show Luann and Sonja: Welcome to Crappie Lake, she accidentally popped a liposuction stitch during saucy time.
Speaking on Page Six’s Virtual Reali-Tea podcast, she joked: “Popped or pegged, what’d I do? I popped a stitch from my liposuction.”

Chatting to her co-star Luann de Lesseps, Sonja explained that Luann was not impressed by how things went south during the rather intimate moment.
She quipped: “Luann got over that real quick. She was like, ‘Sonja, you can’t be wearing a compression garment on the show. It’s 110 degrees.’
“The lipo has to drain, and I didn’t know all this for reals. But we get through anything, Luann and I. We have no problem.”
Sonja admitted that her pain “didn’t even register in this guy’s head” during their romp.
The RHONY alum got laser liposuction to “feel good in lingerie”, after previously undergoing a liquid nose job, and neck and lower face lift in 2020.
She told Page Six last year: “I’m in front of the camera, but I also want to feel good in every day clothes; whether I’m going to the beach, or if I want to put on sexy lingerie.
“I’m active, I’m in shape, I love my body – I just want to tweak it.”
Sonja said her “problem areas” included the “side of her bra and her waist”, which were treated using a TriSculpt procedure on her abdomen, waist, hips and bust.
As for her neck lift, Sonja wrote a lengthy caption on Instagram back in 2020, revealing: “There’s been speculation around my fresh new look. I got a lower facelift and neck lift after wrapping Season 12.

“I just wanted to be rid of the wrinkling on my neck and the jowls that were starting to form. People thought I was nuts because it was so subtle. But not to me!”
She added: “Gravity had taken its toll, I was also exhausted and I needed a ‘pick me up’.”
At the time, her doctor used “deep plane” to go “under the muscle so your skin is still attached”.
She claimed: “Your blood flows and your face stays vibrant and heals fast.”
