Amanda Holden once shared how she rather enjoyed completing a saucy dare, given to her by her husband.
The TV favourite, 53, has been married to Chris Hughes since 2008. The couple are also proud parents to Lexi, 18, and 12-year-old Hollie.
And over the years, Amanda hasn’t been shy to let slip a cheeky sex confession. Back in 2020, she left very little to the imagination thanks to a saucy on-air admission.

Hosting her Heart Radio breakfast show, the ageless beauty revealed she was dared by her hubby to strip off “butt naked.” She then had to jump around on their daughter’s trampoline.

Not one to turn down a challenge, Britain’s Got Talent judge Amanda agreed to do the dare. And it turns out she rather enjoyed it.
She told Heart co-host Jamie Theakston that she soon tore off her bikini off and went ahead with the dare. Amanda said: “I probably wouldn’t have done it if it wasn’t a dare let me tell you.

“But my hubby dared me to strip off butt naked and jump on the trampoline in our garden. I was already wearing a bikini in the garden and he dared me to strip off, so I did. And I Jumped on my child’s trampoline totally naked.”
She continued: “Do you know what? It was totally liberating, and so much fun. I would encourage anyone at home to strip off and have a cheeky bounce.”

Amanda also once revealed that Chris “couldn’t keep his hands off her” after more than 10 years of marriage. The pair certainly seem to have kept the spark alive, with Amanda saying: “He can’t keep his hands off me.
“I actually tell him off because I say, “I don’t want to have a kiss and a grope while I’m trying to load the dishwasher. Chrispy’s up for it any time. Always. So it’s when I decide. Poor chap.”

In other Amanda news, the TV star is back on screens this weekend for the new Britain’s Got Talent series. She will be joined by Alesha Dixon, Simon Cowell and Bruno Tonioli to try and discover the best talent in the UK.
The show airs two jam-packed episodes on Saturday (April 20) and Sunday (April 21). Speaking ahead of the series, Amanda revealed she’d like to see a choir win the show.
“I would absolutely love a crowd of people to win Britain’s Got Talent – to be able to split the money and have a life-changing experience together,” she enthused.
“Wouldn’t it be amazing if the joy could be shared with those people’s families?” And referring to one group who auditioned in Manchester, she added: “I just feel if they pick the right song and make the right arrangement, they have a really good chance.”
