Emmerdale fans seemed to have had enough of Marlon Dingle after he had another outburst on the ITV show.
On Wednesday night’s show (June 5), Marlon was left frustrated with his wife Rhona once again. The pair’s marriage has been hanging on by a thread recently but Rhona’s failing to include Marlon in important plans seemed to push him over the edge.
This time, Marlon walked in on Rhona having a discussion with Vicar Charles about potential plans for baby Ivy’s christening. But because Marlon wasn’t involved in the chat – he was left fuming.

Later on, while at work Marlon exploded in frustration. Giving his wife a good old telling-off, the pub chef tried to explain why he felt the way he did.
But fans of the show appeared to have had enough of Marlon’s blow-ups and headed to X to share their thoughts. One viewer said: “Marlon, calm down before I turn the tv off. His daughter April is more grown-up.”
Another said: “Marlon really is becoming an insufferable t**t.” A third shared: “Marlon throws another tantrum. Bin him Rhona.”
While a fourth penned: “Marlon’s not sure anymore, well Rhona deserves somebody who will stand by her like she stood by him and doesn’t side with the guy who turned their life upside down and is somehow more awful than she is. And Marlon can find somebody as boring and childish as him.”
But despite the backlash, some viewers did side with Marlon. One viewer said: “Normally I’ve sided with Rhona but lately Marlon is right. She’s making too many decisions without him and blaming him for everything.”
Later on in the show, Rhona sought advice from her mum, Mary. Talking about the situation, Mary told Rhona that marriage was about compromising and maybe she should apologise.
Meanwhile, Marlon spoke to his best mate, Paddy. Paddy told Marlon that he could do with some time away and they both agreed to go camping together.
At the end of the programme, Marlon had his bags packed and ready to go. But Rhona was stunned that he was going so abruptly.
Talking to her sternly while outside, Marlon told Rhona he will think about whether they have a future together. Could this be the end of Rhona and Marlon?
