Swedish House Mafia star Steve Angello has released some new music with a new solo single titled ‘ME’.
The superstar DJ chatted about his new track exclusively to the Daily Star and opened up about his love for the UK music scene and future collabs.
Steve is part of the iconic Swedish trio which is made up also of Axwell and Sebastian Ingrosso. The group made their resurgence last year after thrilling fans with their mighty comeback.

But who would they like to work with on a track soon? Steve answered: “We were talking about the other day, I think a Swedish House Mafia/Coldplay song would make sense. We are friendly and we always keep a lot of artists close. We really mixed Coldplay back in the day. Yeah. But nothing, yet.

“Also Florence and The Machine, we knew her before she was even Florence and the Machine. We booked her to perform with us before she even released music. That would be beautiful, her vocals are insane.”
Steve will be playing many solo shows in the coming months as well as joining his two pals for some Swedish House Mafia fun – but will the UK get a slice of the action?

He said: “We would never leave the UK out. The UK was the first country outside of Sweden that really embraced us. So we spent a lot of time there with like the support of like Radio One, it’s always been a really big support system for us. So the UK is our first priority whenever we talk to anybody about anything it’s always the UK first.”

Steve’s new song ME is out today and be streamed on all music platforms.
Talking about his new track, Steve said: “I designed ‘ME’ as an homage to the raw, unfiltered energy of S—A club set. It’s that perfect track that doesn’t end the night but stays with you, echoing in your head the next day. I made it hours before the Size XX show in Stockholm and heard the demand from the people so I’ve decided to make it available to the world!”
