‘Unique’ horror mesmerises fans as they warn ‘don’t miss out’ on chance to watch

Terrifying new film Late Night With The Devil is making waves in the horror movie world for its “unique” premise.

Underneath a YouTube video of the trailer, one person said: “The 70s feel makes it better,” while another fan said: “I saw this at a film festival last year. David Dastmalchian absolutely kills it in this and the 70s talk show angle is incredibly well done. Don’t miss out on it!”

A third horror fanatic added: “I love a premise such as this. Not quite ‘found footage’, not quite ‘TV exorcism’, but still unique enough for me to be excited to see this. Hell yeah.” Other fans gushed over the “70s feel” of the film and branded it the “perfect retro charm” set in “the best era of horror films”.

The supernatural horror follows the events of a late night talk show episode that aired back on Halloween night 1977. During the creepy display, the host – played by Dastmalchian – desperately attempts to boost ratings by interviewing a young girl.

It is claimed that she is possessed and the episode goes horribly wrong as the events unfold. It has received positive praise since its release and became available for streaming on Shudder on April 19. Late Night With The Devil reportedly grossed a whopping $11 million.
