The Celebrity Big Brother housemates had a nasty Easter surprise as they had to nominate face to face ahead of the triple eviction with some unexpected stars on the chopping block
The Celebrity Big Brother house is buzzing with tension as the stars geared up for a brutal face-to-face nomination, Easter style. Each celeb was handed a basket with two eggs and tasked to drop an egg in the baskets of those they wanted to put on the chopping block, and explain their reasons why.
Ella Rae Wise, who hasn’t exactly been BFFs with Chris Hughes, dished out her reasons: “I’m nominating Chris. I’ve been told you like to play a massive game. And you come into things with a game plan. And when Daley said that to me, and told me to be careful, I can’t get it out of my head.”
Angellica Bell threw her nomination over to Patsy, she said: “My first nomination is for you, Patsy. You’re my bed buddy. And we’ve grown very close, and shared stories.
“But I’m nominating you because sometimes I feel you snap at me. And sometimes I don’t feel confident to help you in the kitchen – a space that I like as well.”
With Angellica, Ella, Chris, Danny, and Patsy all staring down the barrel of a triple eviction, the stakes couldn’t be higher.
As Chesney Hawkes cast his vote against Ella, the tears started flowing. But the waterworks turned to a storm as more nominations rained down on the TOWIE star, leading her to storm out and vent to Danny Beard about being “penalised” by her fellow housemates.
And just when you thought things couldn’t get juicier, one of the unlucky nominated stars got thrown a life raft to save themselves.
This all follows a jaw-dropping moment on Celebrity Big Brother that left viewers gobsmacked with a savage backdoor booting. Olympic legend Daley Thompson was the latest icon to be ejected from the ITV house last Friday night.
Thompson’s exit trailed behind previous departures Michael Fabricant and Trisha Goddard, while Mickey Rourke met his fate after a spate of dodgy antics. Another celeb bit the dust on Saturday night in a stomach-flipping shocker.
The brutal action unfolded on Sunday’s instalment, cranking up the heat among the celebs. That very episode threw the housemates into mock family roles where they had to show they’re tight-knit, but whispers and side-eyes were rampant post-Daley’s parting words.
The athlete’s sharp exit spun Ella by hinting that some of the squad were playing sly games. Recently, she’s been scratching her head over JoJo Siwa and Chris Hughes’ cliquey vibe.
She quizzed Daley, asking: “What advice have you got for us Mr Observer?” Slick Daley coolly shot back, “I have got no advice for you. Except…I know it’s difficult if you are struggling to be heard, put your hand up.
“Because there’s some people that are really loud and there’s some people that do this professionally as a game. There’s two people in here that do it all of the time. I think on the cameras, people will be interested in their relationship.”
Ella then spoke with Danny Beard and Donna Preston regarding the remarks made. Danny slammed it as a “Daley bomb,” but Donna seemed more skeptical, reasoning: “At the end of the day it is a game.”
