Corrie’s Tina O’Brien has apparently sold her five bedroom house in Manchester amid reports that she and her husband Adam Crofts have called time on their marriage
Coronation Street’s Tina O’Brien has apparently made an eye-watering profit from selling her home amid reports she’s split from her husband.
The actress had been married to Adam Crofts since 2018 but rumours of a love split started swirling earlier this year and the marriage is thought to be over. The Sun has now reported that the former couple have sold their plush pad in Manchester and that they made a tidy £250,000 from the sale.
The pair splashed out £950,000 for the five-bedroom house in 2020. But they managed to get £1.2million when they sold it late last year.
The actress has given fans the odd peek at the lavish property over the years, with snaps on social media revealing a cosy grey and cream living room and an airy kitchen with marble worktops. She’s also shared glimpses of her gorgeous garden, complete with grey patio furniture and fairy lights.
Tina and fitness trainer and businessman Adam had been together for many years and walked down the aisle together seven years ago. But recently there were rumours about them drifting apart and the star was seen without her wedding ring on multiple occasions.
However, it seems that the break-up has been amicable. A source told The Sun that the pair – who have a son together – are “still close” but that they are not living together right now.
“They moved house at Christmas and have decided to live separately for the time being,” said the insider. ”Tina and Adam are on good terms, they’re still close and are committed to being a family, even if they’re not together.”
Tina previously shared how she and Adam got together in the first place thanks to her daughter, Scarlett, who she shares with her ex Ryan Thomas. She told how they had a chance meeting with Adam when Scarlett was a toddler and wandered over to his table in a cafe.
“He was working on his computer and Scarlett went over and said, ‘Hello, man’,” Tina revealed back in 2017. “He told us his name was Adam and we got talking.”
The couple ended up getting together and in 2014 they welcomed a son named Beau. In 2016, Adam popped the question and he and the Sarah Platt star exchanged vows on New Year’s Eve 2018.
Just last year the actress was raving about her hubby. Taking to Instagram she told her fans that Adam was “everything” to her.
