David and Victoria Beckham’s eldest sons Brooklyn and Romeo are reportedly butting heads and are not currently on speaking terms due to worries about Romeo’s love life
David and Victoria Beckham’s sons are reportedly not seeing eye to eye.
Brooklyn and Romeo, the eldest children of the football legend and the former Spice Girl, are allegedly feuding due to partner problems. 22-year-old Romeo is dating Kim Turnbull and TMZ claims that his brother Brooklyn reportedly had a romantic connection with her some years ago.
However, the situation is reportedly “water under the bridge” according to a source close. Brooklyn is married to Nicola Peltz-Beckham after the pair tied the knot back in April 2022 – now, the star is reportedly more concerned about Kim’s intentions with his brother.
Sources claim: “The issue at hand is the couple questions whether Kim has the right intentions in dating Romeo.” Daily Star has approached Romeo and Brooklyn’s representatives for comment.
Earlier this week, Romeo took to Instagram to share a picture of his family but Brooklyn and Nicola were noticeably absent. The snap was taken as the family joined together to celebrate David’s 50th ahead of the football star’s birthday in May
Romeo’s girlfriend Kim was in the picture, while younger sibling Cruz’s girlfriend was also in attendance. He posted the picture and wrote: “Family is everything. Love you all.”
Beckham family fans were understandably confused over the missing couple and ran to the comment section to ask questions. Someone wrote: “Where is Brooklyn and Nicola? Very weird.”
Other celebrity attendees included Luis Suárez, Jordi Alba, Sergio Busquets, Lionel Messi, Gabe Turner, David Gardner and Ben Winston.
Another of Brooklyn’s former flames has hit the spotlight recently. Lexi Wood, a model, influencer and podcast host, is one of the newest stars on Bravo’s Summer House.
The show follows a group of friends that escape to the Hamptons every weekend to decompress from the hustle and bustle of New York City life.
Lexi’s relationship history was brought up by her co-stars as Paige DeSorbo noted that the star had previously dated Brooklyn Beckham.
Brooklyn and Lexi never publicly commented on their relationship status or any romance, but the pair were seen on a date together and pictured kissing in a Los Angeles tattoo studio back in 2018.
At the time, the situation gained a lot of attention as it was alleged that Brooklyn was dating actress Chloe Grace Moretz at the same time, although nothing was ever confirmed. Just months before he was pictured with Lexi, he spoke to US Weekly about the Dark Shadows actress.
“I think we chose each other. It’s been years now off and on and it’s just one of those things, you come back and it’s like no time spent away from each other at all.
“I think that’s the most important thing and your lives are like an open book. We have our own little private world and I think that’s important for both of us.”
