Friday the 13th actress Lar Park Lincoln has died at the age of 63.
The television and film star died on April 22, her company Actors Audition Studios confirmed on Facebook. She had previously battled breast cancer, however her cause of death has not yet been announced.
The company issued a statement which read: “Over her 45-year career, Lar left an unforgettable mark on Hollywood through her dynamic performances and dedication to mentoring aspiring actors.”
Lar’s four-decade-long career kickstarted in 1987 when she landed the role of femme fatale Linda Fairgate in the Dallas spin-off Knots Landing.
In the same year she took her first steps into horror movies, with House II: The Second Story and then in 1988 as Tina Shepard in Friday the 13th Part VII: The New Blood.

Lar initially appeared in two episodes of Knots Landing, but returned as a bigger role from the eleventh to thirteenth seasons. She also played a small, different role in an earlier season.
From there, she picked up guest-starring roles on the likes of Murder, She Wrote, as well as Beverly Hills, 90210 and Space: Above and Beyond.
After a short break Lar returned to acting and horror. In 2021 she played a fictionalised version of herself being hunted by a Friday the 13th fan in 13 Fanboy, and the unofficial fan film Rose Blood: A Friday the 13th Fan Film which continued her character’s story.
