Love Island star Dani Dyer is edging ever so close to her due date and took to Instagram to speak about suffering from Braxton Hicks contractions.
The agonising sensations have often been dubbed as false labour pains, however the reality star knew what was going on and was able to identify the discomfort straight away.
Fortunately for the pregnant 24-year-old, she had been busy reading up and expanding her breadth of knowledge on birth, when she stumbled across the Braxton Hicks segment the day prior.
While Dani admitted the feeling left her in total agony at the time, she also knew it was nothing to worry about, having done her research just the day before.

The TV star, expecting her first child with her boyfriend Sammy Kimmence, took to Instagram to honestly share the highs and lows of pregnancy.
Speaking candidly, she said: “So last night I properly experienced them Braxton Hicks contraction things.
“Honestly there’s so much that goes into being pregnant – whoah – they were really painful.
“I was like, ‘What is this? What is that?’

“But I’m glad I’m literally just nuts and know the ins and outs of an envelope when it comes to pregnancy. But, wow, they’re not very nice.”
Dani took the time to conduct a question and answer session with fans, during which she encouraged others to “always get checked if scared”.
Opening up about the experience, she added: “I read about them in a book weirdly enough yesterday so I felt like I knew exactly what they were when it was happening.”

In the last few weeks, speculation mounted that she had already given birth after she shared a mysterious selfie and then later had a change of heart and removed it from her feed.
The mirror selfie saw Dani looking stunning as she posed while capturing the image on her smart phone.
In spite of looking incredibly glam while rocking a pink t-shirt that read “you and me baby”, the rumour mill was sent into overdrive as her protruding baby bump appeared to be a lot less prominent.
However, if Dani’s latest video snippet about Braxton Hicks is anything to go by then she has certainly shot down any claims that she had already given birth.
