Adele reportedly won’t be paying her ex-husband Simon Konecki any spousal support after their divorce was finalised.
The 32-year-old Rolling In The Deep songstress and her 46-year-old ex finally had their divorce settled earlier this month after five years of marriage.
According to a court judgement reported by TMZ, the former couple are not seeking spousal support from each other.
In the documents, the pair have also agreed for joint physical custody of their eight-year-old son, Angelo.
According to the publication, the documents read: “Each party waives the rights to seek or obtain any spousal support from the other party.”
A representative for Adele has been approached by Daily Star for comment.
The news comes a little over a week after it was confirmed that the iconic musician and the charity CEO were “officially divorced”.
At the time, a judge signed off their divorce settlement almost two years after they announced their split.
Adele and Simon had started dating in 2011 after reportedly being introduced by Ed Sheeran.
The couple went on to welcome a son named Angelo the following year before secretly getting married in 2016.

The couple announced their separation in April 2019 and Adele filed court documents five months later.
Their initial split is believed to have been amicable, with reps saying at the time that the couple were “committed to raising their son together lovingly.”
However, their divorce proceedings were reportedly dragged out by the need to use mediators to help determine rights to their joint assets.

It is claimed that the former couple “represented themselves” and submitted a “judgement package” in February, choosing to “determine rights to community property and debts through mediation.”
