Love Island bombshell Lillie Haynes caused quite a stir when she entered Casa Amor earlier this week.
The 22-year-old blonde beauty continued to cause drama when she exposed her intimacy with Liam Reardon right in front of his partner Millie Court during Friday night’s dramatic recoupling.
However, the trailblazer has now left the ITV2 reality show and one of her friends has dished the dirt on what she was like before finding fame.
A close pal, who used to associate with the star in her earlier days, has claimed the blonde beauty was someone who always had a fascination with celebrity culture and previously dated a person who had a TOWIE connection.
Speaking exclusively to Daily Star, the pal explained: “Before Love Island she actually dated someone who had something to do with TOWIE.
“I don’t know whether he was on the show but he may have been a friend of a TOWIE cast member.”
Divulging more into what Lillie’s usual type, her friend expressed that Lillie liked boys who had “pretty looks” and typically went for blondes.
He also said that he was rather surprised that Lillie had taken a liking to Welshman Liam, who has dark hair.
Lillie’s friend explained: “Millie’s type usually she always goes for pretty boys and for what I know her for, she always goes for blondes.
“So her going for Liam is quite a shock. But obviously she went in originally saying she had eyes for Jake. But I think her eyes turned as soon as she saw Liam in person.”
The blonde bombshell’s friend also recalled the times when Lillie and himself used to hang outside hotels for hours in hopes of spotting their favourite celebrities.
Speaking more on this, the close mate said: “We actually used to stand outside hotels for hours and hours.
“Lillie used to be absolutely obsessed with The Vamps. She also used to be obsessed with Union J.
“Especially George Shelley, she used to be obsessed! But she used to like boybands in general.”
On Friday’s episode of Love Island, Lillie made a dramatic exit when she exposed that herself and Liam Reardon had become very close during the recoupling.
Lillie made sure she told all the other islanders as well as presenter Laura Whitmore that she kissed Liam outside of challenges and the connection that she shared with him was “50/50.”
The reality star even went further and said she was “shocked” that Liam didn’t decide to recouple with her.
Lillie’s frank admission left Millie Court, who was in a partnership with Liam distraught, as she quickly realised that Liam was being dishonest and felt as if he was intentionally “mugging” her off.
Love Island continues Sunday on ITV2 and ITVHub at 9pm
