Amber Heard told a US court about a fight with her ex-husband Johnny Depp, claiming he sexually assaulted her with a vodka bottle.
The trial began on April 11 and Depp is arguing that she defamed his character after she published an op-ed article in The Washington Post about sexual violence.
Although she never named Johnny himself, he claims that the connection could be made and it affected his ability to land acting roles.
Recently Amber told the court about an incident in Australia in which she claims he sexually assaulted her.
She said that Johnny had “lost a tonne of weight” so she “knew something was up”.
Amber said: “The first night, when he shoved me, I went skidding across the floors. It was so easy for him to throw me around like that.”
She went on to claim that Johnny grabbed her by the neck, smashed her head into a wall and that she had to sleep behind a “barricaded” door.
Amber also told the court that the pair argued about drugs: “He took a handful of pills, either eight or ten pills of MDMA.”
She went on to claim that Depp would drink in front of her as a “show of force” and that he told her that other people had warned him about her.
Amber also said that he “smashed a bottle on the floor,” “backhanded” her and threw a bottle at her before he held a “broken bottle” up to her face and threatened to “carve it up”.
After he reportedly screamed at her that he “hates her” and “ruined his life,” she said that Johnny was on top of her” and that she “couldn’t breathe”.
The actress then said: “I could feel this pressure on my pubic bone,” and said that it “looked like” he was “punching her”.
She admitted that she was afraid to move as she “didn’t know if the bottle he had inside her was broken”.
The Aquaman actress said that she also had to rely on sleeping pills to fall asleep but when she arose, she said that Johnny was “still up”.
Amber then told the court that there was “blood on the floor” and that when she woke up in the morning, she saw “dried blood” on the walls and she saw “what looked like her name”.
The trial continues.
