Former EastEnders Lucy Beale actress Melissa Suffield has inspired her fans after sharing an ultra empowering “belly appreciation” video.
Taking to her page @the.confidentmama, which has more than 40,000 followers, Melissa donned a stunning turquoise underwear set as she paraded her curves in the short Instagram reel video.
Over the top of the clip she penned: “Belly appreciation post,” while she squished her tummy and exuded bucket loads of confidence.

More writing soon appeared, with different sentences surrounding the former soap star, some of which said: “Grows, nurtures and protects our babies,” “protects our organs”, “is uniquely yours”, and “changes all the time”.
Underneath the short video clip, Melissa penned: “We don’t have to love our bellies, but we could definitely do with showing them a little appreciation.
“A nod, if you will. An ‘alright, fair play, I’ll give you that’ sort of begrudging recognition for everything they do for us. Even when we feel let down by them.
“Love might be the goal, but today, just settle for acceptance, gratitude, and peace.”
She then concluded the caption with: “Now go shake ya belly.”
Leaving one fan totally speechless, they took to the comments section to say: “You just….I haven’t got words! You make me want to love myself more! I am in awe of your body confidence.”
Another then added: “Love this!! Inspirational.”

The stunning blonde star is a mum to her son River, and can often be found spreading messages of self love and body positivity online.
If the body positive advocate seems familiar to you, it might be because in the early 2000s Melissa portrayed the role of Lucy Beale in EastEnders.
She took on the role from 2004 until 2009.
