Bradley added: “It’s too late for me to be a fairy. I want to do Death in Paradise.”

Chizzy, 49, then revealed what a great job working for the hit Caribbean detective show is.

She said: “Death in Paradise – that’s a holiday. You literally work for a couple of days and just sit on the beach.”

Bradley also dismissed the idea that he wants to don the sequins and take part in Strictly Come Dancing.

Bradley is yet to be offered a part on the huge show

Despite so far missing out on the sunshine crime drama Bradley’s son Barney has appeared in it.

He landed a part in the recent Christmas special and the new series which has aired this year.

Bradley has been caught in a talent war between the BBC and ITV which has also seen Alan Carr defect.

Death in Paradise is broadcast on the BBC and could be used to further lock Bradley into the corporations’ future plans.

Death in Paradise has legions of BBC fans

Chizzy began her showbiz career as an extra on Bad Girls before winning a BBC talent competition to be a comedy performer and writer.

She and fellow comedian Jack Carroll beat The Beast, aka Mark Labbett, to win £16,000 for charity.

Journalists Sonja McLaughlan and Andrew Pierce were knocked out before the final round.
