Naga Munchetty was missing from the latest episode of BBC Breakfast.
The 48-year-old presenter usually hosts the show from Thursday to Saturday with Charlie Stayt.
However, she was absent from the famous red sofa on Thursday (March 2).

Charlie was joined by BBC colleague Rachel Burden and the pair woke up the nation with the latest news headlines from across the globe.
It’s not the first time one of Naga’s co-stars stepped in to replace her in recent weeks.
Last Friday (February 24), Nine Warhurst filled in for Naga as she failed to appear on the programme.
It didn’t take long for viewers to share their thoughts on yet another BBC breakfast presenter shake-up.
Taking to Twitter, one person penned: “Finally the Best of the best, we love Nina, but there is only ONE ROGER JOHNSON.”
Echoing their thoughts, another viewer proclaimed: “A very good Saturday morning to Roger and Nina. Lovely to see your smiling faces bringing us the news from the world famous BBC Breakfasts red sofa.”
A third gushed: “Love these two presenters a they bring charm & humanity to the unpleasant news they have to deliver.”
As well as BBC Breakfast, Naga hosts her own Radio 5 Live phone-in show from Monday to Wednesday, where she chats to viewers about the latest issues facing the country.
BBC Breakfast often has a number of relief hosts who step in to front the show when the main presenters aren’t available to do so.
Nina herself is a relief presenter for Breakfast, but she’s also a business and consumer presenter on the programme.
She began working for BBC Breakfast in 2018 and was appointed the show’s main business presenter in 2020, taking over from Channel 4 presenter Steph McGovern who now hosts Steph’s Packed Lunch.
