It’s no secret that when most Love Island stars leave the iconic villa, they walk away with more than just a new beau.
Lucrative brand deals, red-carpet appearances and a huge social media following are just a few of the things the former singletons can expect after the show.
Series five champ Amber Gill, series 3 star Chris Hughes and last year’s winner Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu are just a few of the OG Islanders that have gone to go bag some serious cash.

And of course, not forgetting Molly-Mae, possibly the show’s most successful star who is estimated to be worth £4.5 million.
But according to one PR expert, this year’s series “could be the first year that the boys do better than the girls.”
So much so, that one Islander could be raking in thousands while his co-star could bag less than £40 for one social media post.
The Daily Star exclusively spoke to a bunch of PR experts to find out how much money some of the 2023 Winter Islanders could earn, post-Love Island.
“Stand-out stars for me are farmer Will and Kai. It could be the first year that the boys end up doing better than the girls,” says Will Hobson, PR Director at Rise at Seven.
“I’m predicting the stars will be set to earn anywhere between £250-£450k.”
What’s more, financial expert Sarah Connelly at Cashfloat thinks farmer and TikToker Will Young will bag just under £2,000 for one TikTok video.
With an already-impressive 1.6 million followers on the platform, “it’s clear that he has a promising future ahead of him,” says Sarah.
The expert added: “According to TikTok Money Calculator, Will gains an average of 100,269 hearts per post and stands to make £1,299.62 per TikTok video.
“Furthermore, he may also secure Instagram partnerships and other appearances.”
This could make his earnings, just from social media, a whopping £2,233.44.
But Will’s bank account might not just be getting topped up because of his social media content.
Quincy Dash, PR expert says the xxx will “for sure be on TV when he leaves. Whether that be reality TV or a hosting gig.”
Founder of Dauntless PR Luana Ribeira echoed Quincy’s thoughts, telling Daily Star: “I can imagine him becoming a regular on AfterSun.
“Or even heading to the jungle in the next series of I’m A Celeb.”
As for the ladies of this year’s series, it’s Samie who is likely to bag a big brand deal.
“I predict a brand may want to beat last year’s £1m deal as this will secure them greater press,” says Riannon Palmer, founder and managing director at Lem-uhn.
“She [Samie] will likely secure a secondary big deal in the mid-hundreds of thousands.”
Riannon added: “Despite being a senior estate agent coordinator from London, Sammy has made a statement with her outfits on the show. So it’s highly likely that major brands will approach her for a clothing deal.”
And although dumped islander Claudia is the co-owner of a clothing brand, it appears the blonde beauty may have to stick to that when it comes to her income.
As according to Sarah Connelly, the blonde beauty may only bag less than £40 a TikTok post.
The expert says Claudia’s predicted TikTok earnings are just £39.44 for one post.
But it’s not all bad news, as her brand, Sister Stories is “predicted to see further success due to Claudia’s appearance on the show.”
