Jeremy Clarkson’s X-rated encounter with fan who was ‘frantically pleasuring himself’

Jeremy Clarkson has revealed one of his most awkward fan encounters in which one driver was “frantically pleasuring himself”.

The TV presenter first shot to fame when he became the host of Top Gear back in 2002 alongside his co-stars Richard Hammond and James May. It didn’t take long before the trio became a huge hit with fans on the BBC motoring show where they tested all sorts of cars and models and got up to plenty of mischief along the way.

But his success came to a halt when the broadcaster physically assaulted producer Oisin Tymon, which eventually led to his dismissal. Since then, the trip went on to launch a new car show on Prime Video, titled The Grand Tour.

It’s fair to say the Diddly Squat farm owner still has a huge fanbase all over the country, who continue to follow his career after his exit from the BBC. As the dad-of-three celebrates his 64th birthday, Daily Star has taken a deep dive into his most awkward fan encounter.

Back in 2022, the star told The Sunday Times how he bumped into a viewer on his way home from the pub. He recalled pulling up beside a parked car on his journey home with his girlfriend Lisa Hogan.

According to Jeremy, there had been a rise in reports of poachers in the area at the time, which was why he approached the vehicle in the middle of the countryside. But it’s fair to say the star quickly regretted his decision, which he “still chuckles” about to this day.

He detailed: “I pulled up alongside the car and inside was a young man who was using one hand to smoke a large joint and the other to, how can I put this, frantically pleasure himself. Lisa and I had time to exchange a smile before the young man realised we were there, stopped what he was doing and lowered his window.”

The driver immediately recognised the TV presenter and was quick to cover himself up. Jeremy continued: “‘Oh my God’, he said. ‘You’re Jeremy Clarkson’.”

The broadcaster noted that despite the fan’s embarrassing situation, he didn’t try to make up an excuse to get out of the situation, but instead apologised for the incident. He went on: “Now at this point a normal person would have made all sorts of mumbled excuses about how they’d pulled over because they’d had an, um, itch and had decided, while scratching it furiously to, er, light a perfectly legal roll-up.

“But instead, the young man said cooly, ‘I wish we could have met in different circumstances’. I still chuckle when I think of this exchange.”

The star is rumoured to be buying a tavern in the Cotswolds

It comes after reports that Jeremy is in negotiations to buy a tavern in the heart of the Cotswolds. The TV star is thought to be interested in buying The Coach and Horses Inn which is situated in Bourton-on-the-Water, in Gloucestershire according to MailOnline.

The 18th century building is right next to Hawkstone Brewery, where beer is made using malted barley from his farm. The negotiations come as the TV star is said to be submitting a formal planning application to Cotswolds District Council.

A source told the publication: “There’s stuff swirling around. He owns Hawkstone Brewery just outside of Bourton and there is some discussion about planning applications with Cotswolds District Council. He has been in talks about that, but it has not got to the stage of a planning application yet. It’s very early days.”
