Christine McGuinness had three words to say about her sex life following rumours she’s got a new boyfriend.
The 36-year-old model and TV star revealed she’s currently ‘celibate’ amid speculation that she’s dating Blue singer Duncan James. Christine split from her ex Paddy McGuinness in 2022 and her love life has been the subject of considerable attention ever since.
Her and Paddy continue to share a strong bond as they live together at their family home in Cheshire. They also co-parent their three kids – twins Leo and Penelope, 10, and Felicity, seven.

Nevertheless, Christine, who was found to have autism a few years back, had expressed that she isn’t quite prepared to plunge back into the dating scene yet. Speaking on Loose Women last month, the 36 year old elucidated: “It’s important for me at this time to take this time with me.
“I’m still getting to know me. I was only diagnosed a few years ago and in those rare moments when I am alone I need to get to know myself. I’ve always been a loner and I’m quite happy in my own company.”
However, rumours have been swirling around Christine’s links to pal Duncan. They have been regularly spotted together following their participation in the celeb version of Channel 4’s Hunted last year.
After spotting an online story about Christine quashing rumours of a fling with him, Duncan took to his Instagram Story to stir the pot, cheekily asking his fans: “Do you think Christine is my secret girlfriend!?, reports the Manchester Evening News.
He even chucked in a poll for good measure, letting them vote ‘yes’ or ‘no’, but Christine wasn’t having any of it. She hit back by reposting Duncan’s story on her own Instagram, quipping: “My celibacy continues,” alongside a broken heart and a crying laughing emoji.
She previously slammed the rumours when a follower asked Christine: “When are you going to admit your in a relationship with Duncan James lol.” Christine responded: “When are people going to accept that men and women can be friends.”
The drama unfolded amidst Christine capturing a family affair on camera. She was spotted at the edge of an ice rink, phone in hand, as she filmed an ice hockey match. “Can’t remember the last time I was in a room with my mum, bro and sis.
Certainly didn’t expect it to be this room,” she mused. As she continued to share clips, Christine revealed that her nephew, Jono, is quite the ice hockey talent, playing for the Widnes Wild Academy.
Watching him on the ice, she boasted: “Obviously got his sports skills from his aunty Christine,” and cheered on his two assists during the match.
