British beauty and Austin Powers star Liz Hurley brushed off critics of her new flame, country singer Billy Ray Cyrus, when she returned to social media with a stunning snap
Liz Hurley has returned to social media after appearing to confirm that she was dating Billy Ray Cyrus.
The 59-year-old British bombshell shocked her fans when she posted the loved-up snap with the 63-year-old iconic country singer. But the Austin Powers beauty didn’t seem phased by any of the criticism of her new man this week when she returned to Instagram with a stunning new shoot.
Liz looked ageless as ever in a dreamy shot taken on a porch in front of a field, similar to the one where she posed with Miley Cyrus’ famous Dad. Liz has been spending time at Billy’s ranch in Nashville, Tennessee, so it could have been taken there.
The actress showed off her incredible figure in a white top which she paired with blue jeans. She oozed glamour as she stared into the camera while perched on the fence.
She simply captioned the snap with a red heart emoji, perhaps a nod to her new flame. Fans were dazzled by her beauty, with one writing: “The most beautiful woman in the world!!!”
Another wrote: “Country Girl at heart!”, and a third cheekily quipped: “Yep, if only I was younger, richer and better looking…”
A fourth hailed Liz as their “perfect woman”, and another couldn’t help but reference Billy’s hit song. They asked her: “How is your Achy Breaky Heart today??”
It comes after Liz and Billy took sent social media wild with a romantic snap on Easter Sunday. The loved up photo showed Billy planting a kiss on her cheek.
Liz was beaming in the sun as she shared the sweet moment with Billy up against a wooden fence in a grassy field. The caption of the post, shared from both of their Instagram accounts, simply read: “Happy Easter” followed by a red heart emoji.
Fans were gobsmacked at the apparent reveal it and rushed to the comments to share their disbelief. One wrote: “Wait what omg”, and another said: “What on earth!! When did this happen?”
A third gobsmacked user asked: “Who else totally did not have this one on their 2025 bingo card?”. A fourth pleaded: “PLEASE! This can’t be ‘a thing'”, and a third added: “My achey breaky heart”, referencing Cyrus’ 1992 mega hit.
It’s clear some were worried Liz had made a bad decision as one commented: “Is anyone else wondering why she’s not seeing the [red flag emoji]”. A second penned: “You better run girl,”
However, it seems Liz’s son Damian approves as he commented a heart emoji and a streamer-blowing party emoji. Neither Liz or Billy have offered any other comment on what their current relationship status is.
Liz and Billy appeared in a film together back in 2022 – Christmas in Paradise – where they played love interests. One of Liz’s recent bikini posts also featured Billy’s song in the background.
Last year, Damian revealed that both he and Liz were dating people. He said: “We are seeing people at the moment, but we’re both quite private.”
He added: “I’ve seen first-hand how devastating relationships in the public eye can become, and we’ve both made a decision that until somebody is incredibly serious, we’re not going to speak publicly about who we’re seeing.”
