Love Island 2018 winner Dani Dyer is said to be “upset, worried and terrified” as boyfriend Sammy Kimmence is set to stand trial just weeks after their first child is due.
The 25-year-old television star, who shot to fame on the fourth series of the ITV2 dating show, broke up from stockbroker Sammy in March after he was accused of scamming two elderly men out of £34,000 by posing as a financial investor.
The lovebirds later rekindled their relationship and in July Dani announced she was pregnant with their first child, which is due in the New Year.
Sammy is listed to stand trial at Portsmouth Crown Court on April 19 2021, just weeks after the baby is due.
An insider told The Sun Online: “Dani is upset, worried, terrified. Without a court date they kind of pushed this all to the back of their minds – now it is very real.

“She’s expecting a child with a bloke who could go to prison.
“Her baby is due at the end of January and then Sammy will up in court a few weeks later.
“Those first few weeks of having a newborn baby are so special but it will also be the countdown to his trial.”
Daily Star Online has contracted a representative for Dani for a comment.

Sammy, 24, was scheduled to stand trial in June after pleading not guilty to the charges but the case was rescheduled due to the coronavirus pandemic.
He is accused of conning two victims, aged 80 and 80, who were clients at a legitimate company where he previously worked.
Sammy allegedly took the clients on when the business stopped operating, falsely claiming he was authorised to provide financial services.
He denies providing interment services while not an authorised person between July 2016 and December 2018.
Dani, the daughter of EastEnders actor Danny Dyer, dated Sammy for a year before they broke up and she labeled him a “liar and a “cheat” after entering the famous villa.
She went on to win the series with Jack Fincham, 27, after the cute couple won the hearts of the nation.
Former pen salesman Jack announced their split in April 2019.
Dani got back with amatuer Essex footballer Sammy and the pair were spotted together the same month.
