Khloe Kardashian has confirmed that the family’s iconic Christmas Eve party is cancelled this year amid the coronavirus pandemic.
The 36-year-old former Keeping Up With the Kardashians star revealed the news after she responded to a fan who asked about the annual extremely boujee event and if it was going ahead.
The big bash sees the whole Kardashian get together with their array of A-list friends, business friends and the rest of their family and friends on Christmas Eve.
Every years fans look forward to seeing the decorations – and most importantly the extravagant gowns the women are wearing to the fancy party.

On Instagram this morning, a fan asked if the event was going ahead to which Khloe confirmed it has been cancelled.
The bash first, which was started by Kris Jenner, began in 1978 and the Kardashians have never missed a year since.
Khloe cited that “health and safety” concerns amid the pandemic have seen them axe it.
She commented back: “The Covid cases are getting out of control in CA. So we decided that we’re not doing a Christmas Eve party this year.”

The mother-of-one continued: “It’s the first time we will not be having a Christmas Eve party since 1978 I believe.
“Health and safety first though! Taking this pandemic seriously is a must.”
The clan will also not be taking their annual Christmas photo together due to social-distancing guidelines.
One fan asked: “Did you guys already take your yearly Christmas pictures yet!???”
Helpful Khloe responded: “We have not done anything. No Christmas photos and no Christmas Eve party this year. Covid has taken over.”
The family’s reality show KUWTK documented Khloe after she contracted and tested positive for coronavirus earlier this year.
Khloe was filmed recovering in her bedroom as she battled the virus.
She was allowed to leave her room once she got a negative back – which she did two weeks after testing positive.
