Kate Garraway has shared her hope that she may be able to spend Christmas day with her husband Derek Draper in a bubble.
The Good Morning Britain presenter has been separated from her beloved hubby since March after he contacted the coronavirus.
The deadly virus saw him be rushed to hospital and put into an induced coma which he awake from months later but remained in care ever since.
And now 53-year-old Kate has responded to a fan on Twitter who asked if she will be spending the big day with her hubby.
Kate responded in hope that she will be able to.

Sadly Kate also admitted it may not be possible following today’s update on Tier 4.
Under the new coronavirus restrictions announced today by Prime Minister Boris Johnson, those living in Tier 4, which includes London and some of the south east, can no longer mix with other households, including on Christmas Day.
Single adults who live alone or with young children can join up with another household as part of a social bubble.
It is unclear if this means Derek will be able to join his family or not.

The fan tweeted: “I truly hope in all of this @kategarraway & her children gets to form a bubble and to see Derek.
“It’s hard for all of us, but harder for her as her situation is unique.”
Kate replied: “I hope so too Fatimah.
“Not quite clear at the moment but thank you for thinking of me and the others in the same situation xxx.”
Tragically, doctors have warned the presenter that Derek’s body may never recover from the virus after it caused havoc on him.
The former politician awoke from his coma back in July but due to his condition has remained in hospital since.
His induced coma lasted for 13 weeks and saw Kate take a step back from her role with ITV.
