Love Island star Eve Gale, who was the first contestant to be dumped from the winter series, has shared scary death threats sent to her twin sister Jess after she kissed Mike Boateng on the ITV2 show.
Posting the alarming messages to her Instagram, trolls have bombarded Jess with horrific abuse calling her “a dirty, cheap slapper,” and told to “go die in a fire”.
Eve explained to her following she has received hundreds of similarly menacing messages and called out the keyboard warriors for their “nasty and disgusting behaviour”.

The post comes after Jess decided to kiss Mike in favour of Luke M on Love Island.
Posting to her Instagram story on Sunday night, Eve wrote: “Although someone can appear to have themselves together, you don’t know what they are going through behind closed doors.
“Abuse like this can destroy a person. Think before you type.
“And these are the same people who would post about mental health and write RIP posts if anyone in the limelight was to commit suicide.

“Honestly it’s disgusting. My sister has been sent 100s of death threats and abuse and it actually makes me sick. Why are people so damn weird and nasty.”
She added: “Never in my life have I understood what brings anyone to actually take the time to send death threats and abuse before you write messages like this take a look at yourself and ask why you are really doing it and the intentions behind it.
“Because although people might appear strong and confident you don’t know what damage it can do.”

Tensions ran high on Sunday night’s programme as Jess chose Mike after she confessed to Luke M that she wasn’t interested in him.
Her admission comes after the islanders played Snog, Marry, Pie, and Jess caused friction by deciding to lock lips with Mike, who has been turning on the charm for days, before she got down on one knee and proposed to Luke M.
Later that evening Luke M, who she is currently coupled up with, hit back at Jess for leading him on, and branded her “disrespectful”.
Love Island continues on ITV2 at 9pm.
