She added: “I’m so sorry for little baby. You can do this.”
Kennedy, 8, suffers from final muscular atrophy.
The illness is a genetic condition which weakens the muscles and causes problems with movement.
Kennedy is thought to be in intensive care and suffering with breathing problems which have been made worse due to Covid-19.
Uploading a picture of her sister in hospital, Kelsey wrote: “I’m so sorry my little baby.
“You can do this.”
The concerning news comes after Kelsey’s family were left heartbroken following the death of Kennedy’s twin Karter.

Karter was born with spinal muscular atrophy and tragically died just a few weeks after he was diagnosed.
Earlier this month Kelsey rained awareness for spinal musical atrophy by organising a fund raising Pong-A-Thon.
Prior to contracting Covid, Kennedy has as to go hospital for two weeks every six months to have a procedure to aid her movement.
Kelsey told pals Clelia Theodorou and Nicole Bass: “She’s in hospital at the moment for two weeks.
“Every six months she has to have an operation called spinrazer, she has it in her spine and it helps her muscles so she can move.
“Before she had this treatment she couldn’t talk or do anything like the things she does now.
“To me this is the most important thing in my life and I don’t want there to be any agg at all.”
