Big Brother 7 housemates Mikey Dalton and Grace Adams-Short may have been hit with showmance claims during their time in the house but over decade later they have proved everyone wrong.
The unlikely couple appeared on Good Morning Britain with Lorraine Kelly on Tuesday to talk about Big Brother: Best Shows Ever – a mini series on E4 which showed footage of the couple getting cosy last week.
Now married with three children, Grace and Mikey live a life away from the spotlight.
Chatting to Lorraine about the experience, Grace said: “It was a whirlwind. There was a lot of pressure.
“We just did what was right for us. We got engaged after four months as we had been together for all summer.

“Then we waited and a few years later we got married and then sprogs have arrived. It has always just felt right.”
When asked what the children make of how they met, Mikey continued: “They don’t really know.
“Georgiana is eight so she knows she has seen a few clips.
“We honestly have never really watched the show itself.
“It was a nice feeling to watch it the other week it was quite funny.”
Explaining why they didn’t try to turn themselves into the next Katie Price and Peter Andre, the couple continued: “We used the show as a great experience and a stepping stone.
“We are both enjoying working.

“I think it is so different now. There was no Instagram and social media.”
Issuing a warning to those thinking about entering the world of reality TV, Mikey added: “It is really important to just ground yourself and see it as an experience and not a job role.
“That way your mental heath will stay great as well.”
Good Morning Britain with Lorraine airs weekdays on ITV at 9am
