Cheryl previously claimed that getting together for a Girls Aloud reunion after turning 30 would be embarrassing.
The Geordie babe made the comments in an unearthed E4 documentary Girls Aloud: Off The Record in 2006.
At the time Chezza was just 22 years old.
In the clip, Cheryl can be seen walking her dogs with her then partner Ashley Cole before saying: “There will be no reunions though, can you imagine 30-odd-year-old ‘I’m just a love machine’ nah, no thanks!”
Hinting at her plans for solo stardom, she continued: “I think it would be foolish to think that people haven’t thought about what they want to do after the band.

“Just because, it is four years down the line now and realistically how long have we got?
“Another few years, if that.”
The mum-of-one continued: “From the start we said if anyone is really unhappy or if the band goes downhill and nobody is buying the records then we will make a decision as a band to end it.
“Not that somebody leaves or quits and then starts slagging each other off afterwards in autobiographies and all that.

“I would like to think that we would all stay in contact and be friends.”
However, it seems Cheryl, 36, has had a change of heart.
Her bandmate Nadine Coyle, 34, has confirmed talks are underway for a 20th anniversary reunion.
Nadine told The Sun: “There’s been loads of conversations and people now are getting in contact, like, ‘What do we do?’ It’s still early.”
Any reunion event is likely to take place in 2022.
During their time together, Girls Aloud landed a staggering 21 Top Ten hits and four number one singles after being formed on Popstars: The Rivals in 2002.
The group beat off competition from the boys band One True Voice to hit the top spot with their debut single Sound of the Underground.
