Cheryl's son Bear, 3, 'dances like crazy' to her single Love Made Me Do It

Cheryl’s three-year-old son Bear Payne can’t get enough of her music and watches the live performance of her comeback track Love Made Me Do It on loop.

The youngster still hasn’t worked out why his mummy is on the TV and is ‘bemused’ by her fame, but according to Liam Payne he ‘dances like crazy’ when watching the Love Made Me Do It songstress perform.

Chatting exclusively to Daily Star Online, Liam, who has just released his new single with Alesso, Midnight, said: “Honestly, when Cheryl comes on the TV he just becomes bemused.

“He looks at the TV and starts dancing crazy.

“Like when Love Made Me Do It came out and she performed it on the X Factor he kept playing it over and over again.”

It isn’t Cheryl’s music, that he loves.

The tot has been asking for Liam’s own tracks – though hopefully Chezza has kept the likes of his single Bedroom Floor – a track about romping with an ex – away from Bear’s iPad.

“Cute things happen, he knows it’s Daddy’s music so he goes ‘put Daddy’s music on’, which is quite cute,” Liam explained.

“The other day I was reading a children’s book online which is for everyone stuck at home with kids and bored.

“I sent it to them first as I thought he has the right to see it before everyone else and apparently he was saying it over and over again.”

Sadly for Liam he is in lockdown away from his son, but makes sure they see each other via FaceTime daily.

On top of that, the One Direction superstar also has a toy model of Batman with him which belongs to his son to keep him company while they are apart.

“They are very short chats,” Liam explained.

“As you can imagine a distracted three-year-old with a phone… all he wants to do is press the big red button [to hang up] so it’s been difficult, I get cut off quite a lot.

“He is very funny, and he is very much like me and when he gets into something he just concentrates on that one thing.

“The other day he was messing around with some colourful sand and making shapes with that and Cheryl was trying to get him to talk to me.

“She was saying ‘say hello to Daddy’ and he went ‘hello Daddy’ and then he went right back to playing.”

Laughing Liam added: “But I think I only have myself to blame for that as I am a little bit like that sometimes as well.”
