Coronavirus-hit Page 3 model Linda Lusardi says she 'never felt so ill'

Page 3 model Linda Lusardi has opened up about her battle with coronavirus over Twitter, following news she is in self-isolation.

The 61-year-old beauty told fans she was suffering from the virus yesterday and was self-isolating with her husband Samuel Kane.

On Thursday, Linda thanked fans for their words of support, keeping them updated with the state of their condition.

She said: “I want to thank you all for your good wishes. Sam and I have had COVID-19 symptoms and are in isolation so we do not spread it to anyone else.

‘We are taking it one-day-at-a-time, that’s all we can do. But let me tell you we’ve never felt this ill, EVER!

On Wednesday, Linda broke the news she was in self-isolation over coronavirus symptoms, in response to a fan request.

One of Linda’s followers asked the model to send a celebrity video message to a relative in Spain, which prompted the coronavirus confession.

She replied: “Sorry Kerry. I am extremely ill with Corona at the moment.”

It is not yet known whether Linda has been tested for the virus, or whether her case has been confirmed by experts.

Daily Star Online has contacted Linda’s representatives for comment.

Rising to fame in the mid-70s, the brunette bombshell made a name for herself as an iconic Page 3 model from her late teens onwards.

Linda and her actor husband Samuel have been married for 22 years, and are proud parents to two children – daughter Lucy, 24, and son Jack, 21.

Samuel rose to fame appearing on popular Brit soap operas like Brookside and Emmerdale throughout the 90s and noughties.
