Former Coronation Street actress Kym Marsh has been forced to deny claims she’s had botox after a fan complimented her “wrinkle free” skin.
The 43-year-old actress, who played Michelle Connor on the ITV soap, shared a selfie on her official Instagram page with her 412,000 followers over the weekend.
The former Hear’Say bandmember penned alongside her most recent social media snap: “Actually bothered to put some makeup on. Forgot what my face can look like, as recently it looks like it’s fallen off.’”
Following the post, Kym received several compliments from Corrie fans in the comments section, with one remarking: “Your skin always looks flawless. Would love to see what you use xx”
“You are very pretty with or without make up,” another added.

A third gushed: “Ha know the feeling! You look lovely x”
One fan was so in awe of Kym’s look, that they said: “Have you had Botox or is it a filter you’re using?”
Kym denied having the treatment used to temporarily paralyse the muscles and replied: “Well if I had Botox it would have worn off by now wouldn’t it?”
The same fan then replied: “I didn’t mean it as nasty just generally intrigued as your skin looks so smooth and wrinkle-free. Awesome”.

Earlier this month, Kym explained her living situation in the coronavirus lockdown after being reunited with her man Scott Ratcliff.
The Corrie bombshell shared a photo of herself enjoying a Mexican night at home with her soldier beau, her son David Cunliffe and David’s girlfriend.
She told her followers: “Mexican night with my gang! And before anyone says anything…..we are all in lockdown together!!!
“Such great food, homemade cocktails and fun!!!”
The previous week, Scott, a major in the army’s Parachute Regiment, shut down claims he’d broken lockdown restrictions to be with Kym after returning from tour in Afghanistan for the past seven months.

Kym is also in lockdown with her youngest daughter Polly, nine, while her eldest recently Emilie is with her partner Mikey Hoszowskyj and their baby boy Teddy, who recently turned one.
The soap star played Michelle in Coronation Street between 2006 and 2019, and has appeared in a number of the soap’s biggest ever storylines during that period.
The Pure and Simple singer is currently taking a break from the serial drama, and thus made her final appearance at the end of last year.
Kym rose to fame in 2001 after winning a place in the band Hear’Say, as a result of appearing on the reality television series Popstars.
