David Beckham has tried out many hairstyles over the years, but his latest look might just prove his most popular ‘do yet.
The 45-year-old showed off his shaved head during an evening stroll this week, pausing to take a photo as he climbed through a field at sunset.
Wearing a pair of casual slacks, a navy overcoat and wielding a stick, the footie star showcased a dapper take on outdoor dressing.
Though David has recently preferred to cover his hair with a hat, this week he left his head uncovered, revealing he had “run out” of headgear.
In his caption, he pointed out the obvious, and said: “No Hat #runoutofhats but sunset.”

Taking to the comment section below, David’s 63.1million followers laid on the compliments thick, swooning over his rugged buzzcut transformation.
One pondered: “Who needs a hat when you look like that?”
A second added: “You look good without hats!”

“You are handsome even without a hat,” agreed a third.
Beck’s hairstyles have changed dramatically over the years, kicking off with his iconic floppy middle-parting from the 90s.
At the turn of the millennium, David ditched his golden locks entirely, shaving his head in favour of a buzz cut.

Helping to keep his hair off his face on the pitch, the dad-of-four worked a few hairbands in the years that followed, scooping back his shoulder-length locks.
Jumping on board with the man bun trend, Becks briefly rocked longer hair back in 2018, winding his hair into a knot at the back of his head.
More recently, a short back and sides has been his barnet of choice, keeping things simple.
Making a return to the buzz cut this week, however, David has perhaps crowned his favourite hairstyle of all time.
