Davina McCall joked about “trying to be sexy” for her latest holiday snaps, but revealed she instead decided to post a candid photo as she threw her head back in laughter.
The 52-year-old former Big Brother star is currently enjoying a family holiday under the sun in France, bringing her 16-year-old daughter Tilly with her.
With the sea and a bed of flowers making for a tropical backdrop, Davina struck a pose in a plunging black wraparound dress, complete with a plunging neckline and bow-tie waist.
By way of accessories, she added looped chain necklaces and a glamorous golden wristwatch.
Her skin kissed by a golden tan, the legendary presenter let her brunette locks fall in a natural style, tumbling to her shoulders.

In her caption, Davina confessed to originally posing for “sexy” photos, saying: “Spent five frames trying to be sexy. Felt like a t*** so posted this instead. My daughter Tilly makes me laugh a lot. It’s a total joy.”
The comment section below was filled with compliments, as Davina’s fans gave the candid snap their seal of approval.

Davina also confessed she had yet to eat bread – but hinted some gluten treats could be on the menu this evening.
She added: “Ps. I didn’t eat bread today. But the day isn’t over yet, and I did a big run.”

After arriving in the French hotspot, the mum-of-three opened up about her passion for local cuisine, confessing to munching on some breaded delights after they touched down.
She said: “We came to France today, and it’s my spare time, I’m half French, I love it here.
“I don’t think I’ve ever eaten as much bread and butter as I have today. I mean, it was ugly. And I really enjoyed it, and now I really regret it…send help.”
Good to see Davina is enjoying a well-deserved break – with a well-deserved side of bread.
