Diana Rigg filmed two more yet to be seen TV shows before her death aged 82

Game Of Thrones star Diana Rigg filmed two TV shows, which are yet to be aired before her death.

The actress passed away on September 10 aged 82.

She had been set to return to the small screen later this month in TV show All Creatures Great and Small.

According to IMDB, Rigg also filmed a horror film in her final years.

Last Night In Soho is billed as a psychological horror film directed by Edgar Wright.

The film is currently in post production and slated for release in 2021.

It’s not known if either roles will be aired after her death or if producers will recast and refill her parts.

Rigg, who played Olenna Tyrell in Game of Thrones and Emma Peel in the Avengers, died at home surrounded by her family after secretly battling cancer for six months.

Confirming her passing, Diana’s daughter Rachael Stirling, said: “My Beloved Ma died peacefully in her sleep early this morning, at home, surrounded by family.

“She died of cancer diagnosed in March, and spent her last months joyfully reflecting on her extraordinary life, full of love, laughter and a deep pride in her profession. I will miss her beyond words.”

Her agent Simon Beresford added: “She died peacefully early this morning. She was at home with her family who have asked for privacy at this difficult time.”

“Dame Diana was an icon of theatre, film, and television.

“She was the recipient of Bafta, Emmy, Tony and Evening Standard Awards for her work on stage and screen.

“Dame Diana was a much loved and admired member of her profession, a force of nature who loved her work and her fellow actors. She will be greatly missed.”
