Diversity star Jordan Banjo fiercely shut down a troll who called him a “disgrace” for the group’s Black Lives Matter performance on Britain’s Got Talent which referenced George Floyd’s death
Britain’s Got Talent has so far been hit with more than 23,308 complaints over the dance group’s routine earlier this month, with some claiming the show should not be “politicised”.
Since the routine, which saw a cop ‘kneel’ on Jordan’s brother Ashley Banjo ‘s neck aired, the Diversity stars have been hit by a relentless barrage of horrific abuse online.
One troll took to Twitter to tell Jordan, 27, he was a “disgrace” to “every street dancer in the UK”.

The four minute soundtrack to the performance at one point repeated “I can’t breathe” – George Floyd’s last words.
Ashley has also hit back at trolls and has taken to Instagram to share sickening screenshots of the threats he has received and branded his critics ‘racist.
He said: “Every tweet in support of this Marxist s**t merely increases the likelihood of you getting your head kicked in.”

“He wants to start looking over his shoulders now,” another warned.
And several told Diversity to “go back to Africa” and branded them wild animals.
Ashley insisted he “stands by” Diversity’s BGT performance, despite all the racist abuse and complaints.
He branded his critics ‘racist’ in his post, writing: “”No I don’t mean ‘criticism’… I mean ‘Racism’. I mean hate… I mean the very thing that makes every single second of that performance and every single complaint worth it.
“I didn’t want to even shed light on any of this directly. But here’s just a small selection from the past week.
“And please don’t worry about or feel sorry for me… Feel sorry for the people that endure this kind of abuse and have no voice or platform.
“Feel sorry for the people that have been singled out, abused and in some cases murdered because of the colour of their skin.”
“The only saving grace is that this is the vast minority… But for all the people asking or wondering – yes it is very real and yes it does exist.”
