This Morning host Eamonn Holmes confirmed he would take part in Strictly Come Dancing – but only if he got to dance with pro Oti Mabuse.
Greatest Dancer coach Oti spoke on Friday’s This Morning via video link all about her tour, Strictly and her experiences as a black woman.
Strictly’s 2020 is not yet confirmed, as the coronavirus lockdown is still making things very tricky for television production companies and it would be impossible to ballroom dance and stick to the two metre social distancing rules.
Despite the uncertainty surrounding this year’s series, Oti asked Eamonn when he’d be putting on his dancing shoes.

Telling Oti he “loved” her, he said: “If I’m ever going to be wooed onto Strictly, you know it’s me and you and no one else.”
Oti protested that he would never go on the show, but he suggested he could be persuaded.
He added: “You’re their trump card. You would be the trump card.”
Oti has her fingers crossed that Strictly Come Dancing will return this year as government guidelines continue to loosen up.

She said: “The more the government tells us to do, the more things we can be hopeful about.
“But production are doing everything they can to make it come back. Priority is everyone is safe.”
Oti continued: “We want something that people will still love and keep on watching.”
Last year, pro dancer Oti won the show with former Emmerdale actor Kelvin Fletcher – but things could have been very different.
Kelvin was brought in as a last minute replacement, as Made in Chelsea star Jamie Laing, who was originally lined up for the show, got an injury and had to pull out.
But it turned out to be a blessing in disguise for Oti at least, as she and Kelvin stormed their way to lifting the Glitterball Trophy.
This Morning airs weekdays at 10am on ITV
