EastEnders viewers were left scratching their heads on Tuesday at Amy Mitchell’s (Abbie Knowles) transformation ahead of her upcoming storyline.
Jack Branning (Scott Maslen) and Roxy Mitchell’s daughter Amy is currently being privately tutored by young teacher Isaac Baptiste (Stevie Basaula).
During this evening’s episode of the BBC One soap, Amy requested to follow Isaac on social media but things didn’t to plan for the schoolgirl.
Isaac politely declined her request and told his pupil that he only uses the online platform for work.
Jack’s girlfriend Denise Fox (Diane Parish) quickly worked out that the youngster had a crush on the teacher.
Denise suggested that the private sessions needed to come to an end but Isaac said that he needed the money.
Fans were distracted from the family drama and rushed their keyboards to discuss Amy’s grown-up look and fierce attitude.
Taking to Twitter, one fan penned: “When did Amy get so bigg?”
Another viewer added: “Wait wait wait…Amy’s 11 No way!”

A third posted: “Amy grew by like three years during this lockdown.”
While a fourth wrote: “Amy looks so different.”
A fifth said: “Amy turning into Roxy Mitchell, I personally cant wait.”
“Amy looks so grown-up and different,” added a sixth person.
EastEnders spoilers have revealed that Isaac faces losing his career in upcoming scenes when Amy makes a shocking accusation against him.
Amy witnesses an exchange between Denise and Isaac where he insists that he is fine with stopping the sessions, and he will keep his distance while Amy gets over her crush.
He then spots a bag of weed on the ground and picks it up, telling Denise that he will get rid of it.
As Amy has seen this happen, she forms an idea that could be a way at getting back at Isaac as she feels stung by what he has said.
When she refuses to go to school the next day, a concerned Denise asks her if it’s to do with Isaac.
She tells her that she saw the teacher smoking a joint and Denise is in two minds over whether she is telling the truth.
When Denise and Jack confront Isaac, he is horrified by the allegation and knows how damaging this could be for his career.
Jack doesn’t believe Isaac as he insists that he threw the weed away – can Isaac convince him that Amy is lying because of her crush?
EastEnders continues on BBC One on Thursday at 7.35pm
