EastEnders legends Letitia Dean and Adam Woodyatt were both told off and sent home from the soap for giggling too much whilst filming scenes for the soap.
The pair will reveal all to Stacey Dooley on the next instalment of Secrets From The Square tonight, episodes which have been filmed to replace the usual soap drama.
Adam said: “A combination of Tish, Sue [Tully, who played Michelle Fowler], me and Paul Medford, we got sent home one Friday afternoon, and got told to come back in the following day, because we just got the giggles.
“We got properly, properly told off and sent home.”
Letitia added: “It was very strict.

“We weren’t allowed to have any egos as kids.”
Adam agreed as he chipped in: “Julia [Smith, who created the soap with Tony Holland] wouldn’t have it,” as he also revealed that Julia wouldn’t let the girls to wear make-up.
Letitia said: “If you’d snuck it on, she’d come down with a flannel and take it off.

“A flannel! A word we don’t use often, isn’t it?”
EastEnders halted production amid the coronavirus pandemic earlier this year, with the episodes filmed before lockdown finally running out on June 16.
The episode ended on a cliffhanger, with a furious Phil Mitchell (Steve McFadden) discovering his ex Sharon had secretly bought The Queen Vic from under his nose with Ian Beale.
This means the soap has come off air for the first time in 35 years, replacing episodes with cast interviews and a look back at the some of the soap’s most iconic moments.
Secrets From The Square airs on Mondays while classic episodes will be on Tuesdays at 7.30pm.
