EastEnders fans will have to wait even longer to find out the latest Albert Square drama.
Viewers have already been adjusting to the new television schedule, and reduced amount of weekly episodes, due to the coronavirus pandemic putting a halt to filming, but there is another change to next week’s listing.
EastEnders usually airs at 8pm on Monday evenings, but due to a Bank Holiday schedule shake-up, the latest instalment of the long-running soap will air at the later time of 8.30pm.
BBC One are treating fans to a viewing of Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull at 6.40pm on Bank Holiday Monday, which will then be followed by EastEnders.
Production of the BBC One soap has been suspended due to the current pandemic, and will only air twice a week instead of the usual four times until further notice.

A BBC spokesperson said in a statement: “In light of the spread of Covid-19, after much consideration, it has been decided that filming on EastEnders will be postponed until further notice.
“The decision was made after the latest government update.
“We will continue to follow the latest news and advice from the World Health Organisation and Public Health England.
“We have also taken the decision to reduce the amount of episodes we broadcast each week to two, so that we can ensure the audience can continue to enjoy EastEnders in their homes for as long as possible.”

EastEnders is scheduled air at the usual time of 7.30pm on Tuesday April 14.
Coronation Street, Emmerdale and Hollyoaks have also been hit by reduced schedules.
Corrie has also had its number of episodes cut, from five per week to three.
It will air at 7.30pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays as usual, but there will be no double episodes.
ITV had initially confirmed that Emmerdale would continue every weekday at 7pm. However, the schedule has now changed and the soap will air on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, like Corrie.

Despite initially vowing to continue, Channel 4 has made the decision to suspend filming of Hollyoaks.
As a result, the number of weekly episodes will be cut from five to two.
These episodes will air on Mondays and Tuesdays.
To fill the schedule on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, viewers will be given the chance to revisit some of their favourite Hollyoaks moments with a special show.
