Emmerdale will be welcoming three new arrivals into the Dales later this year, and Moira Dingle, Aaron Dingle, and Manpreet Sharma won’t be happy to see them.
The soap has revealed that a love triangle is going to emerge with the arrival of new girl Meena, played by Paige Sandhu, who is quickly noticed by Billy Fletcher.
Dawn notices the flirtation between the two of them and quickly becomes jealous as she sees her ex getting cosy with the new girl.
Meena quickly proves to be troublesome and her sister Manpreet wants to know exactly what she is doing in the village, clearly not trusting her family member.
It’s clear there is a lot of history between the pair, but what happened to make them fall out?

Paige Sandhu on her character’s arrival: “Meena is such a fun and complex character to play and I’m really looking forward to seeing how people react to her.
“I’m loving working with both Rebecca and Bhasker and they have made me feel so welcome.”
Meanwhile, Moira Dingle has been through a lot this year on the soap, after splitting from her husband and being mown down in a hit and run by Jamie Tate.

But it looks like her drama is far from over as her brother Mackenzie arrives in the village, and looks set to expose their dark past.
What is Moira hiding, and will she be able to make peace with her estranged brother?
The role of Mackenzie will be played by Lawrence Robb who says: “I am absolutely thrilled to be moving into Emmerdale village as MacKenzie.

“I have had so much fun playing around with the character already, and to do it in Britain’s most famous village is just the cherry on top.
“I couldn’t be further from ‘Mac’ in real life, so playing him will no doubt have its challenges, but I’m more than up for the ride! I can’t wait to don my wellies and wreak some havoc.”
Lastly, when Aaron Dingle comes across Ben (Simon Lennon) who is working at the Hide Cafe, Ben quickly informs him they used to go to school together.
Aaron is mortified when Ben reminds him how he treated him and realises he has got some serious making up to do if they are going to become better acquainted.
Simon said of his role: “I’m so excited to be joining the cast of Emmerdale. I feel so lucky to be a part of such an established, fantastic show.
“Everyone has been so welcoming and I can’t wait to see what unfolds for Ben.
“Ben and Aaron Dingle have a lot of history and it will all come to the forefront when they’re reunited after a long time apart.”
Could this be a new love interest for unlucky-in-love Aaron?
Emmerdale airs on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 7pm on ITV.
