Emmerdale fans were left fearing for Will Taylor’s life after tonight’s episode, as he battled breathing issues while making a confession.
The former drug dealer, who nearly murdered bent copper DI Malone several nights ago, told his daughter Dawn Taylor about the incident in the garage.
Will (Dean Andrews) struck Malone (Mark Womack) across the head with a wrench, leaving him for dead – only for the dodgy policeman to disappear.
Stressed about his criminal past, Will suddenly doubled over during this evening’s episode, suffering a panic attack.
Dawn (Olivia Bromley) started to fret, rushing to his aid as she expressed her concerns to her boyfriend – and Will’s confidante – Billy Fletcher.
Meanwhile, over on Twitter, viewers suspected a devastating heart attack could be on the horizon, as they wondered whether Will’s life was in danger.
One said: “He will probably have a heart attack with all the stress.”
“Oh god now Will is feeling ill. What a twist,” added a second.
And a third chimed: “Will’s totally gonna end up giving himself a MASSIVE heart attack at this rate.”
“Is it me or Does Will look like he could drop dead from a heart attack at any moment,” pondered a fourth.
Later in the episode, Dawn voiced her concerns during a conversation with Harriet Finch (Katherine Dow Blyton), revealing her father’s health was at risk.
She said: “I’m worried about Dad, he’s not in a good place.”

When Harriet wondered whether Will was simply tired, Dawn replied: “It’s worse than that, he was up all night, he’s a mess.
“I think it’s pretty bad. Well, I think he had a panic attack.
“It has calmed down now, but it’s scary. There’s a reason he’s hiding it. He’s stressing.”
Harriet looked horrified, as she realised the altercation with DI Malone was likely to blame for Will’s mounting anxiety.
Can Harriet intervene before Will’s health worsens?
Emmerdale airs on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 7.30pm.
