Vanessa Feltz paraded her svelte curves yesterday, boasting a four stone weight loss as she rocked a flimsy dress to the BBC studios.
The Radio 2 presenter, 58, appeared trimmer than ever, showcasing that the pounds had just melted off.
Looking totally different, Vanessa unleashed her noticeably thinner frame in the skimpy frock as she walked through the streets of London.
Her transformation has not been an easy feat, with the star enduring a lengthy 10 year process to achieve her slimmer proportions.
But, the big question is, how has the This Morning agony aunt continued to keep shedding weight?

Back in 2010, Vanessa opted for the ultimate appetite suppressant, going under the knife to have a gastric band fitted.
Despite the surgical procedure kick starting her overhauled lifestyle, it wasn’t without drawbacks and left Vanessa feeling like she was “drowning” at times.
Vanessa, who shares daughters Allegra, 33, and Saskia, 30, with her former husband and surgeon Michael Kurer, knew something wasn’t right when she arose every morning with fluid taking over her mouth, throat, ears and eyes.
Her symptoms highlighted that her band had slipped from position and had became encompassed around her liver, causing gastroesophageal reflux.

Needless to say, in 2018 she had the band removed and at the same time underwent more surgery in hope of remedying the issue, this time trying out the Gastric Bypass instead.
With surgical staples now in place in her stomach to make her eat less, her transformation began to take shape.
The procedure creates a small food pouch which bypasses the stomach via the small intestines, meaning a lot less room for food, and as a result a lot less calories consumed.

At the time, she spoke candidly about her eating habits on This Morning, confessing: “I’m generally a bit less interested in eating food.”
The fact Vanessa is digesting a lot less calories following the procedure, would have helped spur on her pound shedding.
It is widely known that in order to lose weight, you’ll need to burn more calories and eat fewer to achieve results.

Another contributory factor to the blondes staggering four stone loss, came when she unveiled that she is basically booze free these days.
Revealing that she “barely” touches alcohol anymore, would have helped her to cash-in on her results – given a mediocre glass of white wine will contain roughly 83 calories.
Ditching the booze would have been a wise choice, as with alcohol consumption often comes bad food choices, especially when the hangover kicks in the next day prompting you to order that pizza with extra cheese, toppings and don’t forget the side dishes.
In a nutshell, Vanessa would have likely selected healthier food alternatives as a result of giving up the wine and would have drank significantly less calories too.

It wasn’t just her lifestyle overhaul that seemed to give her a weight loss booster.
In fact, the radio host previously admitted to The Sun that her sex life was one reason she’d managed to obtain her slender physique.
Vanessa, who has been engaged to Ben Ofoedu for thirteen years, explained that there is very much still passion burning between her sheets.
Going into detail about her bedroom antics with Ben, who is ten years her junior, she gave away her top tip.
Speaking to publication she hailed her “spectacular athletic sex” as the key to keeping the weight off.

She boasted: “As long as I’ve got a spring in my step and a bit of ‘oomph’ I’m still in the market for a bit of spectacular athletic sex – much more than the missionary position.
“This idea that at some point you totally go off the sexual boil, well it certainly hasn’t happened to me yet.
“If anything my libido has gone up rather than down, I can’t get pregnant anymore and with empty nest syndrome the great up shot of that is you can have sex in any position, at any time, over the kitchen counter, in the garage, over the dishwasher, wherever.
“And who’s to say you shouldn’t. While you still want to, you should.”
