Good Morning Britain host Piers Morgan has been putting his down time to good use during the Covid-19 pandemic, treating fans to a rare image on Twitter.
The hilarious blast-from-the-past snap was certainly a needed light distraction for his 7.3 million fans, at this time of need.
Some fans couldn’t seem to get over how different Piers looked as he shared a snap with legendary cricketer Geoffrey Boycott from when he was just 18 years old.
In true 80’s fashion, Piers smiled for the camera wearing a diagonal block style jumper that was teamed with a white shirt as the collar poked out over it.

As a budding journalist at the time, at the ripe age of 18, he clutched a pen and pad ready for an interview with star Boycott, who had placed one an arm around him.
The 55-year-old penned: “Just stumbled across this in my archives….
“Me with Geoffrey Boycott when I was an 18-year-old trainee reporter trying to get a scoop. He couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful.”

Although the photo was taken 37 years ago, fans couldn’t help but jibe that Piers look younger now than he did then.
One joked: “You’re the most 30-year-old looking 18 year old ever.”
A second added: “You look about 40 there.”
“18, you look older than you do now”, agreed another.
