Good Morning Britain's Piers Morgan reunites with son Spencer after three months

Good Morning Britain host Piers Morgan was pleased to see his eldest son Spencer today, as they reunited at the park, while making sure they stuck to social distancing guidelines.

The controversial host revealed that he hadn’t seen his 26-year-old lad in three months, with coronavirus lockdown meaning they couldn’t meet.

Sharing a selfie of the two of them online, Piers could be seen close up to the camera, smiling as he put a thumb up.

Meanwhile, Spencer could be seen in the background wearing a black t-shirt and shorts combo, while putting both his thumbs up to the camera too.

While a fifth added: “Aw enjoy every minute.”

Meanwhile, Spencer shared his own photo, writing: “Good to see this walking foghorn after three months. Ears appreciated the two metres.”

In a second photo, Piers’ daughter Elise could be seen looking through a window.

Spencer added: “Really nice to see the sister too haha.”

Earlier today, Piers revealed that he will not be presenting Good Morning Britain next week.

He, Susanna Reid and Dr Hilary Jones will all be taking a break from the ITV morning show.

Piers said that it had been a “long old haul” reporting about the coronavirus pandemic every day.
