Gordon Ramsay isn’t one to chicken out of eating unusual foods, and a clip from his new series certainly demonstrates this as he eats a sheep’s head.
The 53-year-old Kitchen Nightmares legend eats the head in a clip from the second series of National Geographic travel series, Gordon Ramsay: Uncharted.
A video from the travel programme has revealed he roasts and eats the animal’s noggin.
Gordon eat’s the head during the final show of the series as he broadens in culinary horizons in Norway.
The potty-mouthed star not only learned about their traditional foods, but also dived for fish in the fjords, fermented seafood, and herded reindeer.

He also tried the sheep’s head, which is the traditional Norwegian Christmas dish of Smalahove.
The chef said: “It’s like something out of a horror movie.”
Gordon roasted the animal’s brain, before bravely tucking in.
He exclaimed: “It’s so tender. It’s delicious. You can’t be squeamish about anything. The head tasted delicious.”

The restaurateur told the hosts: “If I had to teach my daughters how to cook sheep’s head, they’d turn vegetarian within 24 hours.”
Gordon chowed down on the jaw and the tongue, but drew the line at scoffing the eyeball.
The TV personality joked in the past that his cameraman nearly lost a toe to a vicious piranha.

It was while the team were filming in Guyana, fishing for the violent fish.
One attempted to get into the boat, falling near the cameraman’s foot.
The show has not been on UK television for 11 years and Gordon has not hosted it since the first series back in 2004.
