Gordon Ramsay slammed for ‘breaking lockdown rules’ as he parades catch of the day.
Gordon Ramsay has found himself in hot water once again after he took to social media to share a picture of his freshly caught fish, which didn’t seem to land well with spectators
Standing against a picturesque blue sea background, the TV chef smiled for the camera as he held up two seabass.
It wasn’t long before unimpressed followers took to their keyboards to add angry commentary beneath the post.

One stunned fan sarcastically chimed: “Was that essential travel? I don’t think so, let’s stay in and stop the possibility of spreading Covid-19”
A second person unleashed their wrath, spouting: “I fish several times a week but during lockdown I haven’t been out once!
“Fishing isn’t exercise and the angling trust have said that angling is a no-go at the moment. Very irresponsible to be out fishing!

“I suggest you keep stuff like this off your Insta, it’s disrespectful to anglers who are doing the right thing and not fishing!”
A third wrote: “I thought we were not allowed to fish due to the lockdown?”
“The joys of being rich and famous… Quarantine rules are only in place for us poor peasants”, jibed another.
Back in March, when the coronavirus pandemic began to surge in the UK, the Prime Minister Boris Johnson introduced lockdown rules, including essential travel and exercise.
While some may consider fishing to be a form of exercise, the rules stipulate that people should not venture outside for lengthy periods of time.
Boris Johnson did address the nation yesterday, advising of new Covid-19 measures and plans that now include no restrictions on time for outside exercise, it is thought that fishing is among those sporting activities which will be authorised from Wednesday.
