Harry Potter star Scarlett Hefner has given birth to her first child with husband Cooper Hefner.

The actress, who is best known for playing Slytherin student Pansy Parkinson, and her Playboy heir husband announced the happy news on social media today, as he revealed their daughter’s name.

Taking to Instagram, the businessman shared a gorgeous glimpse of the new addition to the happy family.

Alongside a collection of sweet snaps, California native Cooper penned: “At 5:23pm this afternoon Scarlett and I welcomed our daughter Betsy Rose Hefner into the world. We are overwhelmed with gratitude, love and joy.”

Scarlett announced her pregnancy in March when she showed off her bump in a floral dress.

“Our hearts are filled with gratitude and joy, and the two of us can’t wait to meet the newest little Hefner.”

“I am proud to stand by your side, as your partner, your friend, and your wife. I cannot wait to continue building a life together.

“My heart is so full and I am so grateful for our love.”

Scarlett also posed naked for Playboy magazine, which her husband is the heir of, back in 2017.

At the time she said about her decision: “I’m very proud to be a part of the March/April issue of Playboy.

“I penned a short essay along with my pictorial titled, “The Feminist Mystique.”

Whilst Scarlett is best known for her role as Parkinson, she also appeared as Nora Hildegard in The Vampire Diaries, and Falling Skies, where she appeared as Lexi.
