Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield left in hysterics over vagina revelation

This Morning presenters Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield were left in hysterics on the ITV show today after finding out wallabies have three vaginas.

The hosts were left bemused as Jimmy Doherty of Jimmy’s Farm fame discussed the wallabies in his care and the babies that had been born.

He told the pair: “Because wallabies have three vaginas, they have an almost conveyor belt of babies.

“One that’s in the pouch, one out of the pouch and one being born, often.”

As he spoke, Phil tried to keep a straight face as Holly put her hand over her mouth to stop herself from laughing.

Jimmy continued: “So there’s lots of babies being born,” as Phil held up three fingers with a look of puzzlement on his face.

Phil asked: “Sorry, just to go back on that, there are just some things that David Attenborough has never told me. A wallaby has three vaginas?”

As Holly questioned: “Why do they need three?”

Jimmy replied: “Well that’s just what marsupials are like I’m afraid.”

Phil said: “We had a lady on here who had two, but that was a few years ago,” as Jimmy joked: “Well she has got nothing on a wallaby.”

The programme’s consumer editor Alice Beer then added: “Never mind that wallaby with three vaginas, I’ve had three cock [pause] tails!”

Holly and Phil were seen giggling as they joked they didn’t know where her conversation was going to go.

What are they like, eh?

This Morning airs weekdays on ITV at 10am
